When The Regulations Suck

In England they use a yellow ball during the winter months, when the clocks go back, because it's easier to see...especially when there is snow on the pitch. Jakarta isn't known for heavy snow fall so why the yellow ball?
There weren't that many photographers at the Cambodia v Singapore SEA Games last night. The blue rope in the picture above is what the stewards use to corral them. And if there are none? Just pretend lah
See the yellow bibs at either end of the picture and that open, empty terrace?
This poor sap spent the whole game looking at a wall. At least he got some shade...
